Try Pro (v4.0.2 and later): On a device using Navicraft for the first time, press "Try Pro for 3 days" in the app to use Pro features free for 3 days (once per device). When the trial ends only Pro features lock; your manuals and settings remain.

By purchasing you agree to the Terms of Use and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice. The version of the Terms in effect on your purchase date applies to your license. The Japanese text is authoritative; English is provided for reference.

FAQ

How does activation work?

After payment, your license key arrives by email. Paste it into Navicraft under Settings > License. The first activation requires an internet connection and binds the key to your device.

Can I move the license to another PC?

Yes. Deactivate on the current PC (Settings > License > Deactivate), then activate on the new one. One key = one device.

What happens if I stay on the free plan?

Navicraft is free forever: recording (5 per day), editing, viewing, and PDF/ZIP export. Free-plan output carries a credit reading "This guide was created with the free edition of Navicraft / Output from the free edition is for non-commercial use only". Pro removes it and adds the distributable viewer, the library, unlimited recording, and commercial use rights.

Can I try Pro before buying?

Yes. In v4.0.2 and later, open Settings > License and press "Try Pro for 3 days". It works once per device for 3 days: viewer export, library, unlimited recording, precise web recording and credit removal are enabled, then the app returns to the free plan (your data remains). Using the trial does not affect the refund policy.

Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked (the license key is revoked upon refund). Please try the free version or the trial first to confirm it works for you.

Support policy

Support is best-effort email support by a solo developer. Response times and fixes are not guaranteed. If the product does not meet your expectations, we resolve it with a refund.

Personal data

Your email address is collected by Stripe at checkout and used only to deliver the license key — it is never stored on our servers. We keep only the license issuance record and an irreversible device hash. See the Privacy Policy for details.
